The first whiff of the winter air; the clean, fragrant and light-bodied 10 minutes after a shower; the soft and ready contours of the favourite pillow; the wet nuzzle of a friendly dog; VVS's whipped shot through mid-wicket...ah! for simple joys now that Winter is icumen in, Lhude sing the goddamm raven from the straggly peepul outside the window!
